What Does Tifa's Outfit Choice Affect?
When you choose either "Something Mature," Something Sporty," or "Something Exotic," Tifa will wear a dress that corresponds with that choice when she poses as a bridal candidate for Don Corneo.
The choice doesn't impact what actually happens during the chapter — just how Tifa looks during it.
To achieve the "Dressed to the Nines" trophy, you will need to see all dresses. This means you'll need to do at least three playthroughs, making a different choice each time.
