Where To Find Majora's Mask In Tears Of The Kingdom

Interestingly enough, scanning the Majora's Mask amiibo doesn't give you the Mask itself, meaning you'll need to hunt it down.

In Tears of the Kingdom, Majora's Mask can be found at the Floating Coliseum, which is down in The Depths below Hyrule Field.

Using your Surface map, if you haven't already unlocked the area in The Depths, find the Great Plateau North Hyrule Chasm, near which you'll see the Coliseum Ruins just to the West.

The Floating Coliseum is just beneath the Floating Coliseum in The Depths, so mark the location and head down to The Depths.

The closest entrances to the Floating Coliseum are the Great Plateau North Chasm, or Mu-Ustust Lightroot if you already have it activated. Once you're in The Depths, head over to where you marked the Floating Coliseum on your map.

The exact coordinates for the entrance to the Floating Coliseum are (-1130, -1182, -0499), but you can also jump into the Coliseum from the side when approaching from the Lightroot, if that's easier.

Since there's not a Lightroot nearby, it's not a bad idea to drop a Travel Medallion near the entrance to the Floating Coliseum.

You may need to leave and come back a few times during this process, so save yourself the travel time by warping right back.

You'll see the chest containing Majora's Mask right from the entrance, shrouded in gloom. And to get it, you'll need to fight five Lynels, in a row, without dying - no pressure.

Defeat Five Lynels To Get Majora's Mask

To get Majora's Mask, all you'll need to do is beat the five Lynels in cages that surround it. You can enter safely, but when you investigate the chest, the fight begins.

The Lynels thankfully come at you one at a time, and they gradually get tougher as you finish one off.

The tricky part is that they're covered in gloom, meaning their attacks not only hurt, but you lose hearts to gloom when these Lynels hit you.

You'll want to bring several gloom-healing meals along with you into the fight, which can be made from Sundelions.

A simple recipe comes in a quest in Kakariko Village, called "Gloom-Borne Illness."

Don your absolute strongest armor for these battles, as Lynels are notoriously tough enemies unless you're excellent at flurry rushes and perrying.

You'll start off relatively easy, but beware that the final Lynel is wearing armor, meaning you'll need to destroy the armor before you can damage the Lynel itself.

Be sure to have Bomb Flowers for this part of the fight to handle the armor.

Hammers also work, but getting close enough to strike the Lynel may be tricky, especially as this is the last fight, and you're likely low on weapons and meals if you get hit.

When the last Lynel goes down, the gloom around the chest dispels, and Majora's Mask is yours.

While wearing the Mask, enemies are far less likely to notice Link, so use it to infiltrate enemy camps throughout The Depths.
