What Is The Morrow Parish Sanatorium Safe Combination?
First of all, make sure you start Losomn in Morrow Parish, as that's where the Asylum storyline is.
As you progress, you'll eventually reach the sanatorium, and in one of the offices on the ground floor, you'll find a locked safe.
In order to open it, you'll need a four-digit code. The safe combination is hidden really well, and you'll be amazed at how clever it is.
In brief, the safe combination is 2971, and it appears to be working for everyone despite the game's random generation.

If you go down to the basement of the sanatorium, you'll find a person trapped behind a locked door; that's the Head Doctor. She'll explain that her own nurses trapped her there.
While exploring the asylum, you'll discover three Stone-Carved Dolls that glow red and are easy to spot. Make sure to collect all of them.
Take these dolls back to the Head Doctor and give them to her. She'll then sing a song that goes like this:
“Two shiny copper teeth removed from nine discarded combs, and seven yellowed leaves excised from one forgotten tome.”
The bolded numbers in the song are the combination for the safe: 2971.
Although the game generates things randomly, it seems the song never changes. Therefore, the combination stays the same.
When you input this code into the safe, it will unlock, and you'll receive your reward: the Double Barrel Handgun.
