There's an endless stream of games to play regardless of your chosen platform. However, no platform has more choice than your phone. That's why it's arguably harder to be a hit on mobile than anywhere else with so much to choose from, so when something really hits, like Genshin Impact, you know it's probably worth your time. Genshin Impact is also one of those games where if you like it, you really really like it, and you'd probably be interested in learning more about its virtual world.

Enter the mobile game's official art book. Launching on September 12 (September 14 in the UK), Official Art Book Vol. 1 will feature images of the characters, in-depth art pulled from its trailers, and celebratory illustrations, presumably to celebrate the game's third birthday. That might well be why this art book has been put together in the first place, although there's currently nothing to suggest this is an anniversary thing. Just a nice way of celebrating some of the game's stunning imagery.

The book having volume one right there in its name also suggests this might well be the first in a line of art books published by Genshin Impact's creators. Again, that is yet to be confirmed, but much like the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection launching later this year which also has volume one in its title, fans will likely be expecting more after this.

Genshin Impact is getting an official art book ahead of its third birthday. Featuring images of characters and from the game's trailers, the book will be released on September 12 (September 14 in the UK) but is available to pre-order right now.

If you are a Genhin fan who wants more, then buying a copy of this book is the best way to make that happen. Multiple volumes planned or not, if the art book doesn't sell, then Mihoyo isn't going to release anymore. Odds are this book will sell pretty well though as like I said, Genshin Impact fans know what they like. It also seems pretty reasonable price-wise for what you get and will be a great way to discover new things about the game. If there's one thing you can be sure of when it comes to video game art books it's that there will be details in there that reveal things fans didn't know before.

Genshin Impact's Official Artbook Vol. 1 won't ship until September 12, but you can pre-order it right now through the links above. Elsewhere in the Hoyoverse, Genshin Impact's creators are rumored to be working on a rival for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
